Little PACSO Assistant
PACSO is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Little PACSO Assistant to support our Little PACSO Lead at sessions for pre-schoolers with disabilities and additional needs, alongside their parent carers.
You’ll help run three playgroups a week during term time, building positive relationships with children and families, encouraging participation, and supporting parent carers through listening, signposting, and befriending.
If you’re happy to dive into play-based learning, don’t mind getting a little messy, and are passionate about making a difference for our children and families, we’d love to hear from you!

Average of 8 hours per week - term time only, with casual hours available.
Tuesday - 9:15am-12noon at Arun East Hub (Littlehampton) drive to Arun West Hub (Bognor) finish at 14:45pm. Total 5.50 hours
Friday - 9-11:30am Chichester Nursery. Total 2.5 hours.
Working at Arun East Hub, Arun West Hub, Chichester Nursery School and PACSO HQ (Rowland Rank Centre, Bognor)
