Complaints Procedure (Version 2.8)

PACSO is committed to dealing with complaints fairly and efficiently.   

In the event of an act or omission that warrants a complaint, the following procedure should be followed:  

      1. In the first instance, please talk to the Play Lead, who will be happy to discuss the matter with                    you and take any actions that they deem necessary. 

 

      2.If the complaint is regarding the Play Lead, or you feel unheard in your complaint to them, then                please write to the Chair of Trustees, Clare Elkington, on clare.elkington@pacso.org.uk . The Chair of              Trustees will then carry out an internal investigation and notify you of the outcome, in writing, within          30 days.    

  

      3.If the matter is still not resolved, or if the complaint is directed towards the PACSO Chair, or a                      Trustee, please contact Ofsted directly. You can telephone them on 0300 123 4666 or email them on          enquiries@ofsted.gov.uk. You should get a response within 28 days. The response will tell you if                   Ofsted will investigate or not, and why.
