Fundraising Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a person who is passionate about making a difference to join our small, dedicated team at PACSO as a Fundraising Assistant.

Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, you’ll play a key role in researching and supporting grant applications and reports, growing donor engagement, coordinating fundraising activities, and creating engaging social media content to raise awareness and income.

We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual who can manage their workload effectively, meet deadlines, and work confidently both independently and as part of a team. You’ll be passionate about our charity and willing to support fundraising events, including occasional out-of-hours work.

Experience in fundraising or charity work is desirable but not essential — enthusiasm, strong administrative skills, and commitment are what matter most.

If you’re ready to make an impact behind the scenes and help grow our fundraising efforts, we’d love to hear from you.

PACSO are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Any successful application will be subject to an Enhanced DBS and satisfactory references.
