  • Advising on PACSO HR Policy and Processes

  • Guiding good practice and development across the charity

Time Commitment:

  • Six Board meetings per year

  • Preparation time for meetings

  • One AGM

  • One Away Day

  • Additional meetings for your area of responsibility (maximum one per term).

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who will work well with our team.

  • Someone able to demonstrate professionalism, including confidentiality.

  • Experience of working in HR.

  • A good understanding of best practice.

  • Ability to communicate clearly.

  • Certification in HR e.g. CIPD (desirable)

PACSO are committed to safeguarding children and young people and therefore, as part of our safe recruitment process, all trustees must be able to provide 2 satisfactory references and undergo a DBS check.

What difference will you make?

You will be part of an organisation that is making a real difference to individuals and families – being a Trustee is one of the most powerful ways in which you can contribute to your local community or to a cause you really care about.
